System Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze and design integrations with payment systems (banks, processing centers, payment gateways, crypto payments, etc.).

• Gather and formalize business requirements for payment solutions.

• Develop technical specifications, API documentation, and interaction diagrams.

• Test integrations, identify and fix errors.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and external partners.

• Monitor payment systems’ performance, analyze incidents, and optimize processes.

• Research new technologies and standards in the field of payments (PSP, PCI DSS, SEPA, PSD2, etc.).

We expect you to:

• 2+ years of experience as a system/business analyst, including payment system integrations.

• Knowledge of protocols and formats (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, ISO 8583, SWIFT, Webhooks).

• Understanding of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, reconciliation).

• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and analytical tools (JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger).

• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher (reading technical documentation, communication with international partners).

• Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, AML/KYC processes.
