Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Developer, your mission is to grow Powerdot’s presence in Belgium by signing strategic location partners and building long-term commercial relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle: from identifying and engaging prospects, through to negotiation and closing.
- Define and execute your strategic plan for market penetration — you decide which segments to prioritize.
- Develop personalized proposals that create real value for property owners and tenants.
- Qualify leads and build a strong contact network via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Track performance and pipelines in HubSpot CRM — your work will be data-driven and goal-focused.
- Work closely with the broader Partnerships Team to ensure alignment and delivery on growth KPIs.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’re experienced in B2B sales or business development (especially in mobility, real estate, retail, or energy sectors).
- You’re a strategic thinker and a doer: you can define priorities and close deals.
- You love being out in the market, talking to clients, building relationships, and finding creative solutions.
- You’re persistent and results-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
- You’re comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
