Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Developer to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Partnership Development Manager. This role requires a professional who is hungry to contribute to the growth of our EV charging infrastructure projects. The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads for EV charging infrastructure installations through various channels such as research, industry events and in-person scouting.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with decision-makers via email, phone calls, and virtual/in-person meetings to introduce our offerings and build strong relationships.
- Prospect Qualification: Conduct research and internal analysis to qualify leads, ensuring they align with our customer needs and location criteria.
- Proposal Development: Assist in developing tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Powerdot’s value proposition to prospects.
- Contract Support: Support the Senior Manager in negotiating contract terms and preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with the legal team as needed.
- Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to accelerate business development activities, both online and offline.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align efforts and ensure the achievement of objectives within established timelines.
- Networking: Actively participate in networking opportunities to expand our reach and establish valuable industry connections.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- 3 to 4years experience in sales and business development, preferably within B2B.
- Previous experience with Retail is a plus We're seeking someone with an exceptional attitude – someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to qualify leads and develop tailored proposals.
- Proficiency in preparing professional presentation materials and documentation.
- Motivated self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of contract negotiation and legal considerations in a business development context.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and networking events as needed.
- Both fluent in English & Spanish
