Responsibilities:

• Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and minor issues within the Sitetracker platform (built on Salesforce) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Minor Enhancements: Support the development and deployment of small feature updates, adjustments, and interface tweaks based on user feedback and business needs.
• User Support: Act as the first point of contact for end users, assisting with technical issues, answering platform-related questions, and helping with basic training and documentation.
• Data Accuracy: Help maintain clean and reliable data by supporting the configuration and upkeep of key data points, such as serial IDs, warranty details, and historical intervention records.
• Testing and QA: Assist in testing new features and updates developed by the senior team to ensure quality and functionality before release.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for bug fixes, updates, and common user issues to support internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to platform improvements, with a focus on learning and growth.

The Candidate we are looking for:

• 0-1 year experience of training in salesforce is required
• Fluency in English is required (polish, french and spanish is a plus)
• You are determined and enjoy a challenge.
• Your are proactive, solutions-oriented, strong communicator, resilient, and adaptable.
