What you'll be doing: 💼
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and financial performance metrics to measure and track the company's progress. Regularly assess actual performance against budgeted tar gets and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Budget Management: Actively participate in the annual budgeting process, particularly in the forecast of revenues and Capex spending, both at the core at the business, with regular touchpoints with senior management, including CEO and founders.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Asset return: assess the return on the investment made on our locations and provide insights to better resources allocation
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support investment team with ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and potential fundraising activities.
Who are you? 🫵🏼
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in financial planning and analysis
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
