Responsibilities:

The CRM Engineer will play a critical role in the current phase of accelerated growth of Powerdot and the expansion of our EV charging network. The CRM Engineer will be part of the central Data & CRM team that develops Powerdot’s Data Strategy and its CRM. 

This role focuses on developing our CRM (HubSpot) by maintaining and improving existing processes, as well as developing and implementing new ones. The overarching goal is to continuously enhance the effectiveness of Powerdot’s partnership development and success teams, scaling their efforts and ensuring they have the information needed to perform their roles. As a central function, this role will work closely with all Powerdot’s local markets, as well as the Product and Marketing teams.

You will have a dynamic day-to-day, characterised by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance:

  • Be a Champion of our CRM, improving processes and developing standards and best practices to guide its usage at Powerdot;
  • Build a set of communication routines with our local teams in order to understand their CRM needs, as well as to develop a strong performance monitoring framework.
  • Develop workflows or system integrations to improve our interactions with Powerdot Partners, either from process automation, augmentation or data enrichment.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making;
  • Develop data validation and auditing strategies to keep our CRM well structured; 
  • Explore and run deep dive analysis to understand what are the best partnership development & success strategies and communicate them across the organisation;

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • Have a high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem-solving, decision making and leadership
  • Have solid experience implementing and developing CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot), both in Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales environments.
  • Have gained 3 or more years of professional experience in Analytics, Engineering or Digital Consultancy.
  • Are performance and data driven, you are curious and your day to day depends on data and facts. 
  • Have an important sense of organisation and priorities management.
  • Have excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills both in Portuguese and English with a high level of proficiency.
  • Have an interest and enthusiasm for the area of ​​electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued.
  • Any experience in SQL and other programming languages will be highly valued as well.
