What you’ll get to do
PlanRadar is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for SEE to join our global Customer Success team. As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with customers to help them discover their business needs. You will also onboard them on the best way to use PlanRadar’s features to obtain business value and exceed their targeted business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and be responsible for the onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, and growth of your client base. Working closely with Sales Consultants, our CSMs to provide input into the strategic account and success plans, help identify areas where customers have room for improvement, and uncover new business opportunities within existing clients. Your ultimate goal is to build excellent customer relationships and boost value realization that promotes retention and loyalty.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Use your construction or engineering experience to help customers translate their on-site workflows into efficient digital processes with PlanRadar
- Guide customers through the full adoption journey - train field teams on how to implement PlanRadar in their daily work and maximize its impact on project delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of PlanRadar and support customers in selecting the best solutions for their technical and operational needs
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, measure KPIs, and ensure strong adoption across project teams
- Reduce churn by providing continuous engagement, training and hands-on support - using your construction expertise to help customers achieve ongoing value
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams by sharing insights from real construction use cases
- Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure PlanRadar becomes an integral part of their projects
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in construction, civil engineering, project management, architecture or a related technical field
- Ideally, you have worked with a construction software or have experience in project support within a SaaS environment
- You are experienced in web and mobile applications, and therefore have a technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems
- You speak Croatian fluently and have strong business-level English skills
- You excel at building relationships across all levels - from on-site teams to executive stakeholders
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to guide customers through change
- You are open to occasional travel to customer sites or other PlanRadar offices
