What you’ll get to do
This is a hunting role with full ownership of new business in Italy — one of PlanRadar's strategic growth markets. You will own the full commercial cycle: build pipeline, run solution-selling processes, close deals, lead pre-sales and pilots, and define the growth plan for each account. Once the account is well-positioned, you hand it over to Account Management and move to the next opportunity. Fast-paced, high-impact, and built for someone who wants to shape a market.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Own pipeline generation and revenue outcomes for Italy — inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and market initiatives
- Manage full sales cycles from first contact to contract signature, including complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Work closely with our Marketing and SDR teams, who actively support pipeline generation in the Italian market
- Build deep product and industry knowledge to navigate technical conversations confidently
- Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives with a commercial, value-driven approach
- Lead implementation planning for new accounts — define the deployment scope and success criteria that Customer Success will then execute
- Feed market insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen PlanRadar's positioning in the Italian market
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience — it is beneficial if you have sold to construction, real estate, or related industries, however, this is not mandatory
- Proven track record in new business — you hunt, qualify, and close complex deals
- Experienced in solution selling: you adapt your approach to each client, uncover real needs, and build proposals that reflect them
- Comfortable running pre-sales processes including scoped pilots and technical demonstrations
- Strong with senior stakeholders: you hold commercial conversations at C-level without losing the relationship
- Ownership mindset — you define your own pipeline, manage your own rhythm, and take responsibility for outcomes
- You should enjoy traveling for work and have a valid class B driving license
- You have native-level Italian (spoken and written) and professional English skills
