Lead Content Marketing

New York Office; Remotely in the USA

YOUR MISSION:

As Lead Content Marketing at Parloa, your mission is to own Parloa’s content vision, editorial voice, and technical authority—positioning Parloa as the most trusted and articulate leader in agentic AI for enterprise customer service.

You will act as Editor-in-Chief for the company while also serving as a technical storyteller, translating complex AI systems, product capabilities, and applied research into clear, compelling narratives for technical and business audiences. This is a senior role with high visibility, deep cross-functional partnership, and meaningful impact on Parloa’s category leadership.

Parloa is redefining customer service with voice-first GenAI—and this role ensures our market narrative reflects the same level of clarity, credibility, and ambition.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Own Parloa’s editorial voice and content strategy

  • Act as Editor-in-Chief for Parloa, defining and enforcing voice, tone, and editorial standards across all content.
  • Own the end-to-end content strategy across web, blog, long-form assets, executive thought leadership, and flagship narratives.
  • Build and maintain an AI-enabled, scalable editorial system that includes briefs, style guides, review workflows, and quality bars.
  • Manage and elevate external writers, agencies, and contributors to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Establish Parloa’s technical and AI thought leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to translate complex systems into clear, authoritative content.
  • Work with stakeholders and oversee deep technical content, such as: AI system and architecture explainers, evaluation frameworks, and best-practice guides, research-backed POVs on agentic AI and enterprise customer experience
  • Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining strong narrative clarity and persuasion.
  • Position Parloa as a credible technical authority, not just a marketing voice.

Build a high-impact content engine to drive full-funnel initiatives

  • Design and run a content engine that supports awareness, education, and evaluation stages of the buyer journey to drive pipelines
  • Identify core themes and narratives aligned with Parloa’s product strategy and category positioning.
  • Translate “hero” content into multi-format outputs across campaigns, executive communications, events, and partnerships by collaborating closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Field Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within AI, developer tools, or highly technical enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with using AI-assisted content creation tools to accelerate research, drafting, editing, and repurposing—paired with exceptional writing and editing skills with strong narrative judgment and editorial taste.
  • Proven SEO/LLM search wins in competitive categories, being able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, credible content.
  • Comfort working deeply with engineers, product leaders, and AI practitioners.
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality at scale.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Background in technical writing, developer documentation, or research-driven storytelling.
  • Experience publishing thought leadership in competitive AI categories.
  • Experience building or evolving editorial systems in high-growth environments.

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
