Software Engineer (Python and Data Platform))

As a Software engineer, you build the data layer that lets other teams and industry solutions extend our platform safely, outside the core product. You own your code and its deployment end to end, in production.

You work closely with architecture and product to shape an extension layer that’s still taking shape.

You are responsible for:

• Building data pipelines (data lake / data projections) that expose platform data to extensions.
• Building event-streaming and queuing integrations that extensions use to consume and publish platform events.
• Developing and maintaining the Python SDKs and contracts libraries extension authors build against.
• Automating the CI/CD and deploying your own services. You build it, you run it.
• Discussing and validating the functional requirements throughout the development cycle together with our experienced product managers.
