(Sr.) Solution Architect (Delivery)

As a Solution Architect, you apply your advanced knowledge of the OMP Solution with your industry experience and supply chain insights to design high-quality supply chain solutions for our customers.  

You are responsible for: 

• Developing an integrated planning cycle across our OMP supply chain modules. 
• Conducting design sessions with our customers to understand their planning challenges and contribute to their solution.  
• Driving the technical realization of our projects from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality implementation of our solution, together with our project team and the customer’s project team. 
• Gathering new ideas from your implementation projects to support future product development.  
• Guiding, inspiring, challenging and supporting a group of OMP (lead) consultants during the various process phases.
• Effectively communicating technical & functional design to a variety of stakeholders (business, tech, management, OMP colleagues, ...).

Essential talents and qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, complemented with a Master’s degree in a relevant domain (ICT, Supply Chain, Industrial/Business/Civil Engineering, ...).
• More than 7 years’ experience in implementing supply chain planning software such as OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP.
• 3+ years’ experience in designing advanced planning solutions. 
• Broad technical knowledge of solution configuration: coding, cloud, data integration, mathematical optimization. 
• Problem-solving skills: combine analytical thinking, creativity, critical reasoning, and the ability to distill core issues. 
• Continuous learning and adaptability attitude, drive for innovation to track emerging technologies.

You’ll be visiting customers regularly up to 20% of your time, depending on the scope of your project; you won’t be outsourced. In this way, you remain rooted in our team of experts and consultants, while working in a multinational customer-driven environment.
