- Participate in workshops, presentations, and technical reviews with both internal and client teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of reusable assets and frameworks.
- Represent Nucleo with professionalism, technical authority, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Experience with Power BI, Python, or automation tools within the Microsoft stack.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data engineering or analytics delivery, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft data ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, Data Lake).
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architecture principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience designing or supporting AI/analytics initiatives.
