We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem, with a particular focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, marketing teams, and technical resources to improve customer engagement, streamline business processes, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Support, configure, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation
- Support pipeline management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide business insights
- Ensure data quality and maintain CRM best practices
- Provide user support, training, and adoption guidance
Marketing Cloud
- Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
- Create and manage customer segmentation and audience targeting
- Develop and maintain customer journeys and automation processes
- Support lead nurturing and campaign lifecycle activities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support integration between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Participate in workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Document solutions and maintain platform governance standards
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry best practices
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2–5 years experience working with Salesforce platforms
- Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience building and managing Marketing Cloud campaigns and journeys
- Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools
- Strong understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce Flow
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Experience with Data Extensions and SQL basics
- Knowledge of lead management and campaign attribution
- Experience in manufacturing, utilities, construction, or enterprise environments
- Additional Salesforce certifications
