About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Nscale's Glomfjord data centre project and associated local enabling works. This is a site-based coordination role focused on keeping project logistics, administration, communication and day-to-day support activities running smoothly.

The role will help coordinate accommodation, transport, site visits, onboarding, meetings, action tracking and practical support for consultants, contractors and visiting project resources. You will work closely with the local delivery team, project managers, construction team, external consultants and site stakeholders.

This is a development opportunity for someone organised, proactive and practical who wants to grow into project delivery, construction coordination, site operations or project management over time. We do not expect the candidate to be a fully developed project manager from day one.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Coordinate accommodation, transport and practical logistics for consultants, contractors, visiting resources and project team members coming to Glomfjord.
  • Support onboarding and site access arrangements, including visitor coordination, induction planning, contact lists and coordination with relevant site functions.
  • Maintain reliable trackers for actions, decisions, open items, visitors, accommodation, transport and local project support activities.
  • Support project managers with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, action follow-up and preparation of basic project updates.
  • Help coordinate local enabling works interfaces, including meetings, site visits, local stakeholder arrangements and follow-up of practical actions.
  • Assist with document control and information flow where required, ensuring key documents, drawings, actions and correspondence are stored and shared correctly.
  • Support coordination between the GLOM delivery team, external consultants, contractors, local vendors and visiting Nscale resources.
  • Help identify practical blockers early and escalate them to the relevant project manager or delivery lead.
  • Support site logistics planning during busy project periods, including high-activity periods with multiple contractors, consultants or shifts on site.
  • Promote a positive, safe and well-organised working environment in line with Nscale standards and local site requirements.

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing several practical tasks at the same time.
  • Experience from project coordination, administration, logistics, site support, facilities, construction, industrial operations, travel coordination or similar is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in following up with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and local stakeholders.
  • Able to keep clear lists, trackers and basic reports, and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Practical mindset with the ability to solve day-to-day coordination challenges in a structured and calm way.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of follow-up activities until they are closed.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and comfortable working in English.
  • Experience from Norwegian construction sites, local contractors, travel/accommodation logistics or industrial site environments is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Interest in developing further within project delivery, construction coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with basic project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, purchase requests or supplier follow-up.
  • Local knowledge of Glomfjord, Meløy, Bodø or the surrounding region is an advantage.
