About the Role (Job Purpose) |
We are hiring a hands-on Delivery Lead within Systems Integration to take end-to-end ownership of how new business systems land at Nscale. You will run a portfolio of three to five concurrent rollouts at different stages of maturity, from initial discovery through go-live and clean handoff to the dedicated technical owner within Enterprise Systems. Current examples include Attune, Procore, NetSuite, and Kyriba; the portfolio rolls over as systems move into BAU. |
Your mandate is simple: make new systems land well, fast, and consistently. That means you do the work, not just schedule it: deep stakeholder discovery, current and target state mapping, definition of how the system should be used at Nscale, solution synthesis, vendor management, configuration oversight, integration design, training, rollout, and weekly delivery reporting. Once a system is in stable BAU, you hand off to the technical expert within Enterprise Systems who will own it ongoing, and you take on the next wave.
Building this into a fast, repeatable capability is one of Enterprise Technology's top 2026 goals. You are the engine of that capability. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who simplifies complexity, makes clear decisions, and is comfortable pushing back when necessary.
What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities) |
● Key responsibilities: Owning end-to-end delivery of three to five concurrent enterprise system rollouts from discovery through go-live and BAU handoff; running structured stakeholder discovery and target state design; synthesising messy inputs from business, vendors, and existing systems into clear solution designs; pressure-testing designs through the Architecture Review Board; directing internal Systems Integration Engineers, partner technical owners, and third-party implementation partners; managing vendor relationships across selection, implementation, and steady state; integrating new systems into the wider Nscale stack including NetSuite, JumpCloud, Workday, and Foundry; running UAT, training, and cutover; maintaining weekly delivery reporting across the portfolio. ● Scope of work: A live portfolio of three to five concurrent enterprise system rollouts at different stages of maturity, currently spanning treasury (Kyriba), capital project delivery (Procore), ERP (NetSuite), and infrastructure asset management (Attune). The portfolio is not fixed; systems move into BAU and new initiatives replace them. Work spans business systems across Finance, People, Operations, and Infrastructure, and includes both greenfield rollouts and remediation of partially-implemented systems. ● Key stakeholders: Business function owners for each system (Finance, People, Operations, DC Ops, and others); Senior Director, Enterprise Systems and the wider Enterprise Systems team including the technical experts who will inherit each system in BAU; Enterprise Architecture and the Architecture Review Board; Tech Ops (endpoint and identity operations); third-party implementation partners and vendors. Discovery and design ● Run structured discovery with business stakeholders to understand current process, pain points, and target state, going deep enough to push back credibly on requirements that do not stand up. ● Define how each system should be used at Nscale, with templates, conventions, standards, and a clear point of view on what good looks like, rather than offering the business a buffet of options. |
● Synthesise inputs from multiple stakeholders, vendors, and existing systems into a recommended solution design covering configuration, integrations, role model, data flows, and rollout sequencing. ● Pressure-test the design through the Architecture Review Board before commitment and carry decisions back into delivery. Solution leadership and simplification ● Translate Nscale's operating model into simple, scalable system designs that avoid unnecessary customisation and technical debt. ● Review, challenge, and rationalise designs proposed by vendors and system integrators to remove complexity before it lands in the system. ● Define a minimum viable go-live and a phased roadmap for each rollout that supports rapid scaling without over-engineering. Delivery and integration ● Own the rollout end to end: vendor onboarding, configuration, integration into the wider Nscale stack (NetSuite, JumpCloud, Workday, Foundry, and others), data migration, UAT, training, and go-live. ● Direct internal resources (Systems Integration Engineers and the technical expert assigned to each system) and third-party implementation partners as the work demands. You set the pace and the standard. ● Make decisive calls on trade-offs across scope, time, cost, and quality, and escalate cleanly when a decision needs to move up. Vendor and partner management ● Manage vendor relationships through selection, training, implementation, and ongoing support phases, including contract scope, change orders, and escalations. ● Hold partners to their commitments and rework when the work does not meet the standard. ● Maintain a clear view of which work belongs in-house and which belongs with partners, and adjust as the team matures. Portfolio leadership ● Carry three to five concurrent rollouts at different stages of maturity without dropping the standard on any of them. ● Sequence work across the portfolio so discovery, build, and stabilisation phases are balanced and team capacity is used well. ● Build the playbook, templates, and ways of working that turn this from a series of individual rollouts into a repeatable Nscale capability. Handoff, reporting, and capability building |
● |
Hand off cleanly to the technical expert within Enterprise Systems who will own each system in BAU. Enterprise Systems retains technical ownership of the business systems portfolio rather than transferring it out. |
● |
Maintain weekly status reporting across the portfolio with clear callouts on risks, decisions needed, and dependencies. |
●
Contribute to building Systems Integration into a fast, repeatable capability that is one of Enterprise Technology's headline 2026 goals. |

About You (Skills / Qualifications) |
● 5+ years delivering enterprise applications end to end, ideally across ERP, treasury, project management, HCM, or operational platforms. ● Comfortable doing the work yourself: stakeholder interviews, requirements, design, configuration walkthroughs, vendor pushback, UAT scripts, training sessions. ● Strong synthesis skills. You take messy input from many directions and land on a clear, defensible recommendation rather than a list of options. ● Operator mindset. You unblock yourself, drive vendors, and make decisions without waiting for permission. ● Demonstrable experience integrating SaaS business systems into a wider stack covering ERP, identity, HCM, and data platforms. ● Comfortable carrying multiple concurrent deliveries at different stages of maturity without dropping the standard on any of them. ● Comfort with how SaaS systems are configured and integrated, even if you are not doing the deep technical work yourself, and confidence holding technical partners to account. ● Confidence pushing back on system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders when needed. ● A forward-thinking mindset that sees each business system as part of a broader data and analytics architecture; curiosity about Palantir Foundry is a plus. ● High-growth, M&A-active, or capital-intensive industry experience is a plus. |
