Our partner ecosystem is one of our most important routes to market β€” and we need someone who can turn strategy into something real.

As Partner Marketing Manager, you'll build this function from the ground up. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing and partnerships β€” turning technical capability into clear, compelling partner messaging and making sure our partners are equipped to win.

This is a builder's role. Not a process role. A create-it, test-it, own-it role.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Partner Enablement & Content
- Build the core materials partners actually use: sales decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, battle cards
- Translate complex technical positioning into messaging partners can understand, use and sell
- Reduce partner friction and build partner confidence from day one

Vendor & Co-Marketing
- Own partner relationships from a marketing perspective
- Run joint campaigns, coordinate launches and create co-branded content that lands
- Keep partner activity tightly aligned to what NexGen Cloud is building and selling

Campaign Execution
- Build and run partner campaigns end-to-end: webinars, events, demand generation, partner-led initiatives
- Measure what works, cut what doesn't, and double down on what drives pipeline

Partner Activation & Onboarding
- Bring new partners to market quickly with clear onboarding, sharp messaging and practical enablement
- Ensure every partner can confidently position and sell Hyperstack from day one

MDF & Partner Programme Support
- Work pragmatically with partner programmes and MDF budgets to accelerate activity β€” no unnecessary process, just smart use of what's available


βœ… WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS, cloud or a similar tech environment
- Experience working with partners, alliances or ecosystem GTM
- Hands-on campaign delivery β€” not just planning
- Proven ability to create partner-facing content and enablement materials
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up where things aren't fully defined
- Strong written communication β€” you simplify complex ideas quickly
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing quality

Nice to Have:
- Background in AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU or HPC environments
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP or major partner ecosystems
- Experience with MDF or vendor marketing programmes
- Familiarity with HubSpot or partner platforms
- Account-based or partner-led GTM experience

The Person:
Beyond the CV, we're looking for someone who is execution-focused, commercially aware and outcome-led. You take ownership without being asked, you're comfortable with ambiguity, and you like building structure where none exists.
