Lehi, UT

About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.

Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.

That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Event & Field Marketing Manager to lead and scale Netcraft's event and field marketing program.

You'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, increasing brand awareness, and creating memorable customer experiences through a mix of industry events, executive programs, and targeted field marketing initiatives.

With a solid foundation already in place, you'll help us scale and streamline our program to create pipeline and drive brand awareness with prospects and customers. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, drive communications strategies, and report impact.

This is an opportunity to build and shape a growing field marketing program within one of the world's leading cybercrime companies. You'll have significant ownership, influence go-to-market strategy, partner directly with commercial leadership, and see the measurable impact of your work on pipeline and revenue.

This is what you'll be doing, day to day:

  • Own coordination between Marketing and Commercial teams to align on event goals, messaging, pre-event outreach, and follow-up strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and execute an event and field marketing strategy that generates measurable pipeline, accelerates opportunities, and strengthens customer relationships.
  • Host and manage Netcraft's field marketing strategy, including regional events and activations designed for high-priority target accounts that accelerate relationships and pipeline.
  • Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, booth design, promotional materials, shipping, travel, and on-site execution when needed.
  • Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to own and manage the event and field marketing budget, making strategic investment decisions and ensuring spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Track, measure, and report event performance, including lead generation, pipeline impact, attendee engagement, and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Sales before, during, and after every event to maximize meetings, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and Design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that support events.
  • Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand Netcraft's presence in key markets and industries.
  • Continuously improve processes by developing scalable playbooks for repeatable event success.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing field events, trade shows, and activities that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to align on goals, co-develop strategies, and ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage budgets, allocate spend strategically, and track ROI on marketing investments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, event platforms) to track, measure, and report on performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who knows how to identify the right events and opportunities to maximize impact in target markets.
  • Willingness to travel for events and field activations as needed.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and problem-solving, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for Netcraft's mission to protect the world from cybercrime, with an eagerness to contribute to a high-impact, purpose-driven team.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
