Channel and Partner Marketing Manager

Lehi, Utah

About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.

Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.

That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.

The Role

Netcraft is building its channel and partner program, and we need a product marketer to make our story work through external sellers. You'll own reseller channel marketing: the strategy for how Netcraft is positioned, promoted, and sold through resellers, and the programs that put Netcraft in front of their sellers. Channel resellers are the priority; other partner types follow as the program grows.

You'll have two audiences. Internally, you'll work closely with our channel and partner sales teams, direct Sales and leadership, who need a clear partner value proposition and a program they can sell. Externally, it's the partners themselves, who need to understand why Netcraft makes them money and how to pitch it without us in the room.

The program is being designed and launched now, so you'll get hands-on experience building it from early days. You'll join a PMM team with a peer focused on new-business sales and a peer focused on customer marketing, and report to the Director of Product Marketing. The role is ideally based in Salt Lake City.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape a new growth channel at Netcraft, building programs, testing new approaches, and seeing the direct impact of your work as our partner business scales.

What you'll do

Help launch the partner program

  • Support our channel sales team as they define partner types and tiers, and help turn that into a program partners can understand in one read.

  • Help develop the partner value proposition: why a reseller or MSSP should add Netcraft to their portfolio, backed by margin, deal size and attach economics.

  • Coordinate launch tasks for the program and new partner-facing offers, using our tiered GTM launch process.

Run reseller marketing programs

  • Help build and execute the reseller marketing plan, including which resellers to invest in and what pipeline we expect back.

  • Work with the Events team to plan and execute reseller seller events. You'll prepare Netcraft's content and pitch for their sellers and manage the follow-up.

  • Turn each seller event into measurable reseller-sourced pipeline, with a clear follow-up motion for the reseller reps who engaged.

Position Netcraft for partners

  • Adapt Netcraft's company positioning and messaging into partner-ready versions by partner type, without diluting the core story.

  • Support packaging for resale and co-sell, working with Product and the channel team on bundles and offers.

  • Track competitor partner programs and know how they recruit, pay and enable partners.

Enable partners to sell without us

  • Build the partner enablement kit: pitch deck, battle cards, objection handling, demo narrative, solution briefs and co-brandable assets.

  • Create onboarding and certification content so new partners reach their first qualified opportunity fast.

  • Package proven campaigns as through-partner campaigns partners can run themselves.

  • Stand up and maintain a partner portal content library, with governance on what's current.

Enable our own team to sell through partners

  • Create training materials that help Sales understand when to bring in a partner and how to position the program.

  • Support the channel team with content and narrative for partner recruitment and business reviews.

Communicate and advocate

  • Run regular partner communications: product updates, launches, newsletters and webinars.

  • Develop joint customer stories, joint press releases and partner case studies with our strongest partners.

  • Support partner presence at key events and partner advisory sessions.

Measure what works

  • Track partner marketing metrics: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, time to first deal, asset usage and partner engagement.

  • Report on program and campaign performance, and recommend changes based on what the data shows.

What you'll bring

Required

  • 4–6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally including some partner, channel or product marketing.

  • Experience running marketing programs, events or campaigns from plan through follow-up.

  • Experience creating sales or partner enablement content.

  • Working knowledge of how security resellers make money, and how that shapes what their sellers will and won't push.

  • Strong writing and presenting skills, comfortable presenting to partner and internal sales teams.

  • Comfort with data: you can pull metrics from Salesforce or a PRM and spot what's working.

  • Ability to work across Sales, channel, Product and Marketing without needing formal authority.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity experience, especially threat intelligence, digital risk protection, brand protection or managed security services.

  • Experience with large security resellers, including their seller events, MDF programs, or partner portals.

  • Experience marketing to partners across North America and EMEA.

  • Travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.

The Rewards Package:

  • 33 days vacation - includes national holidays which can be worked if you prefer

  • Generous enhanced family leave and pay

  • Enhanced company sick pay from day one of employment, with additional support after your first six months’ service

  • Equity Tracking Units allowing you to share in Netcraft's long term success (eligibility criteria apply)

  • Hybrid and flexible working options

  • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with employer match

  • Comprehensive private health cover, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance

  • Meals, snacks, and drinks provided in the office

  • Two paid Learning & Development days per year plus access to learning resources such as Udemy and Coursera to support your career

  • Two Volunteering Days per year, to allow you to contribute to your wider community or charity

  • Spot reward bonus scheme to reward truly outstanding contributions

  • Employee Referral Bonus scheme
