We are looking for SAP Integration Architect,
The SAP Integration Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. This role goes beyond traditional SAP-centric integration approaches and focuses on hybrid architectures that leverage both SAP-native tools (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, API Management) and external platforms such as Kafka, Azure APIs, and cloud-native services. The architect will ensure scalable, resilient, and future-proof integration solutions, aligned with Clean Core principles, while enabling extensibility through custom events and modern integration paradigms. The role requires a strong architectural mindset, deep knowledge of integration patterns, and experience working with SAP S/4HANA both in On-Premise deployments and RISE with SAP environments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Integration Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in both:
- On-Premise deployments.
- RISE with SAP (S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies:
- SAP PI/PO.
- SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
- SAP BTP Integration Suite (including API Management and Event Mesh).
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP technologies and platforms:
- Apache Kafka (event-driven architectures).
- Azure Integration Services (APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions).
- Exposure to AWS and Google Cloud integration services.
- Solid knowledge of integration mechanisms and protocols:
- REST, SOAP, OData.
- File-based integrations and EDI scenarios.
- Experience designing integration patterns:
- Synchronous vs asynchronous.
- Event-driven architectures.
- Real-time and batch processing.
- Strong understanding of hybrid integration scenarios (SAP ↔ non-SAP).
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and exposing services via API Gateways.
- Knowledge of Clean Core principles and SAP extensibility strategies (side-by-side extensions, event-driven extensions).
- Experience defining and generating custom events to extend SAP functionality.
- Strong architecture and governance background, including integration standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Define and govern the enterprise integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Design scalable and reusable integration solutions using both SAP-native and external technologies.
- Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles by minimizing core modifications and promoting decoupled architectures in S/4HANA environments (On-Premise and RISE).
- Lead the design of event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka and SAP Event Mesh.
- Design and oversee API strategies, including exposure, consumption, and lifecycle governance.
- Enable hybrid integration scenarios across on-premise and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Define integration patterns and standards for real-time, batch, API-based, and file-based integrations.
- Support EDI integration scenarios and legacy integration modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, development, cloud, and data teams) to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation phases.
- Evaluate and onboard new integration technologies aligned with enterprise architecture strategy.
We offer:
- Professional growth
- Dynamic work environment
- Benefits of law and superiors
