Concur Application Support Specialist

We are looking for Concur Application Support Specialist

• Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP Concur users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and change requests using ticketing systems (in case it exists).
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and user training.

Challenges, Issues & Problems to Solve:

• Address complex integration and configuration challenges.
• Support ongoing process automation and digitalization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Primary Hard Skills:

• Practical experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice modules).
• Strong troubleshooting and application support capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration concepts.

Secondary Hard Skills:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 2+ years in application support or a similar role.
• Understanding of travel and expense business processes.
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have:

• SAP Concur certification(s).
• Experience with process automation tools.
• Additional language skills.
