React Developer Mid-level

We are looking for React Developer Mid- Level,

Mid-level React Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You’ll work on modern web applications using React 16+, support end-to-end feature delivery, and collaborate in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow their technical skill set in a fast-paced, cloud-based ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
50% Delivery & Execution

• Develop, test, and deploy React applications that align with user and business needs.
• Build and maintain test suites (unit, functional, performance, destructive, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure responsive design and performance across browsers and devices.
• Address bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes.

30% Learning & Development

• Actively pursue technical growth and mentorship opportunities.
• Learn from both successful implementations and failed experiments.
• Stay current on new tools, frameworks, and practices in the React ecosystem.

20% Collaboration & Planning

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and work closely with Product Owners and Designers.
• Collaborate with peers to refine user stories and ensure alignment with testable outcomes.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences across tech and business teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in React development.
• Solid understanding of React components, hooks, and lifecycle methods.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, writing unit and performance tests, and debugging using modern tools.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and advanced English communication skills.
