💡 What You Will Do

• Plan and control software, infrastructure, and technology projects.
• Research software and technology solutions to support business needs.
• Prepare technical project documentation and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Parametrize required functionalities and coordinate infrastructure implementation.
• Ensure compliance with agile principles, project methodologies, and team alignment.
• Maintain a prioritized and ready backlog before each iteration.
• Facilitate ceremonies and promote team self-management.
• Manage project resources, risks, timelines, communication, and quality.
• Conduct and supervise stress, performance, functional, and scalability testing.
• Perform testing across different environments (web, mobile, etc.).
• Generate defect reports and perform issue follow-up.
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Present project results to stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review and analyze key project and technical documentation.

🧠 Your Experience

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telematics, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar roles.
• Experience in development, support, or application service delivery.
• Knowledge of project management and change control (PMI, IPA, ACCEI, or similar).
• Ability to mentor and coach technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management and support tools.
• Strong experience in resource management and cross-team communication.
• QA experience: stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, scalability testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and support teams.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business needs.
• Excellent documentation and project planning capabilities.
• Advanced English level – C1.
