We are looking for Enterprise Architect & Cloud Advisory:

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment
• Align business goals with IT strategy: Ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop IT roadmaps: Create long-term plans that map out how technology can support business growth and change.
• Business-IT alignment: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Architectural Design and Implementation
• Design enterprise-wide solutions: Create and maintain a cohesive architecture that spans applications, systems, and data to meet both current and future business needs.
• Ensure scalability and flexibility: Design systems that can scale and adapt to changes in business environments.
• Evaluate and select technologies: Identify and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support business requirements.
• Governance and Best Practices
• Establish architectural standards and guidelines: Develop and enforce guidelines for technology, processes, and standards.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure that the architecture complies with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintain security and risk management: Incorporate security and risk considerations into all architectural designs.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with various teams, including IT, business analysts, and developers, to ensure that the architecture supports functional needs and technical feasibility.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Manage vendor relationships: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners

Requirements: 

• 3+ year of experience as Solution Architect / Cloud Architect
• 4+ year of experience as Enterprise Architect
• 6+ Architecture background
• Strong Enterprise architecture practice (TOGAF, Archimate) knowledge
• Strong Solution Architecture practice (UML, C4 model) knowledge
• Full SDLC involvement
• Intermediate Cloud service model (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, managed services)
• Intermediate Cloud solutions, architecture patterns and services
• Preferably Insurance industry knowledge (ACORD reference model)
• Architecture Review Board process
• Program and portfolio management
• Cloud tech stacks / Cloud migration, implementation and optimization
• High level business and technical requirements gathering and validation
• Business case alignment (OPEX / CAPEX)
• Technical feasibility / Standards management
• Definition of Done / Ready PoC / MVA / MVP
• English advanced
• Hybrid positions in Mexico City
