Working Student - Talent Acquisition (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis builds mobile mapping systems and digital twin software that help enterprises capture, understand, and share their physical spaces. As a Working Student in our Talent Acquisition team, you will support finding the best talent who will be building these products.

You will work 20 hours per week alongside the recruitment team to identify talents across technical, business and go-to-market roles, build talent pipelines for hiring teams, and support the coordination of interviews.

As you gain confidence in the role, you'll have the opportunity to independently manage the hiring process for individual positions from start to finish, learning every step of the recruitment journey through hands-on experience.

The role gives you hands-on insight into how modern recruitment works, from talent market research to candidate engagement, and builds practical sourcing skills that are valuable across the industry.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Source qualified candidates for open technical, business and go-to-market roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other talent platforms.
  • Research target companies and talent markets to identify where relevant candidates work and how to reach them.
  • Build strong talent pipelines that give hiring teams a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft and execute highly personalized, compelling outreach messages to passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms to generate interest in our open roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS.
  • Explore and test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve how we identify and engage candidates.
  • Take ownership of a recruitment process from start to finish, allowing you to develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring journey while making a meaningful impact on hiring decisions.
  • Support the coordination of interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related fields.
  • Genuine interest in recruitment, sourcing, and how companies find and hire talent.
  • Structured and reliable way of working, needed to keep candidate data accurate and interviews well coordinated.
  • Availability of 20 hours per week during the semester.
  • Strong written and spoken English, needed for candidate outreach and communication with hiring teams.
  • Any previous internships or working student experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
