Napoleon Sports & Casino is looking for a CRM Executive to take on the responsibility for shaping the future growth of the business by delivering high quality campaign thinking, execution and improvement to engage and grow the user base. 
This role will be shaped by your own initiatives. If you always wanted to help build a business, this is the right place for you! 


Your Responsibilities:

  • Bring marketing strategies to life through ideation, creation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation. 
  • Manage your own projects. You take measures to ensure optimum results in collaboration with the CRM You will also have a major role in the entire customer journey.
  • Perform A-Z customer lifecycle management and determine which content should be sent to which target groups; you work closely with copywriters, graphic designers and your teammates in the CRM team.
  • Have Quality of output and have an eye for details, aesthetics and quality output. You communicate visual and textual content through newsletters, social media and many other channels.
  • Manage deadlines and keeping people accountable. You are the true owner of your ideas and take a leading role in their success.
  • Ensure the operation calendar and strategy are executed effectively.
  •  Coordinate with various teams (Sportsbook Operations, Casino Operations, CRM Operations Copy Team, Studio, Trading Teams, Club Team) to ensure seamless strategy 

Alignment and Collaboration: 

  • Align with different departments to gather requirements and ensure strategy activities are supported and delivered on time.
  • Facilitate regular communication and meetings with all relevant stakeholders.

Performance Reporting: 

  • Monitor and report on the performance.
  • Analyze results and provide insights to optimize future actions.

Strategy Evaluation and Adjustment: 

  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the strategy plan based on performance data and feedback.

Budget Management: 

  • Manage and oversee the budget
  • Ensure budget allocation is aligned with objectives and provides the best ROI.

 
Your profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, economics or having a first equivalent experience with creative or analytical projects of your own.
  • Strong affinity with Sports and knowledge of the ins and outs of Sports Betting.Also, keen to stay on top of current trends in marketing and specifically in Gaming (CASINO)  
  • Knowledge of CRM.  You know your way around MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Any previous experience with WordPress is also a  
  • Strong analytical mindset, with an innovative spirit and a deep sense of ownership, responsibility and result focussed. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, under pressure and able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. No day will be the same when growth is the
  • Structured, organized and can deliver within tight deadlines that you manage
  • Passionate team player with a positive mind-set and a can-do attitude that loves to share expertise and insights with
  • Good communication skills -both spoken and written- in Dutch and English. French is certainly an asset.
