As a Marketing Management Trainee, you would take the front seat on a 2-year rollercoaster in our marketing team. Dive into Brand & Media, Partnerships, Content, and Retail Marketing. Learn from the best, discover what ‘adaptability’ really means, and build a killer career in marketing! 

Your Responsibilities:   

Brand & Media (6 months): 

• Help shape and maintain our 'Tone of Voice' strategy. 
• Dive deep into our brand with a 360° analysis. 
• Team up with others to keep our brand vibe consistent. 
• Plan and roll out media campaigns everywhere that counts. 
• Haggle with media buyers to snag the best ad spots within budget. 

Partnerships (6 months): 

• Work with awesome partners like Soudal – Quick-Step and RSC Anderlecht. 
• Handle, monitor, and report on these partnerships. 
• Keep communication flowing and our partners happy! 

Content Marketing (6 months): 

• Create and manage killer content for inside and outside the company. 
• Craft engaging content strategies… but don’t forget the ROI! 
• Track, analyze, and tweak to boost future campaigns. 
• Keep our content consistent and our brand message sharp. 

Retail Marketing (6 months): 

• Support retail marketing efforts. 
• Improve the in-store experience for customers. 
• Track and analyze data to boost store performance. 
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns. 

Your Winning Profile:  

• Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in a marketing-related field.  
• Crazy about sports, casino, and/or the broader entertainment sector.  
• Proficiency in at least two languages (NL/ENG or FR/ENG). Trilingual capabilities are obviously a huge plus.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.  
• A true team player that can also function independently. We want to help you, not hold your hand every step of the way.
