🚀 Product Manager – Mobile App & Connected Experience

Moovv is a fast-growing D2C wellness and movement brand, founded in 2024, with customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We’re still early, but momentum is building fast.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the Moovv app experience from early foundations to a best-in-class connected product.

This is a 0→1 and beyond role. You’ll lead discovery, define the product, and work closely with external partners and internal teams to build an app that meaningfully changes how people move every day.

 

📱 What You’ll Do

• Lead product discovery for the app—user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven problem definition
• Own the app roadmap, balancing user value, technical constraints, and business priorities
• Define and deliver the app from 0→1 (or major rebuild), across iOS and Android
• Write clear, actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with design on UX/UI, interaction design, and user flows
• Work closely with external development partners (agencies, freelancers) from selection through delivery
• Drive app store releases (App Store & Google Play), including submissions, rollouts, and optimisation
• Define and track core product metrics (retention, engagement, conversion, NPS)
• Run experiments (A/B testing, feature flags) to continuously improve the experience
• Ensure seamless hardware–software integration (BLE connectivity, pairing flows, firmware updates)

 

🧠 What You Bring

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile or digital products
• Experience leading an app build from 0→1 or a major rebuild/re-platforming
• Strong understanding of app architecture decisions (native vs cross-platform, APIs, integrations)
• Experience managing external development partners (agencies, freelancers)
• Experience owning budgets, timelines, and delivery quality
• Familiarity with modern stacks (e.g. React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) at a conceptual level
• Experience with connected/IoT products or hardware integration is a strong plus

You’ll be defining the product, making trade-offs, working with external partners, and navigating the complexity of hardware–software integration. Things will change, and not everything will be defined upfront.
