🌍 The Opportunity

Germany is one of our most important growth markets.

We’re looking for a Marketing Expansion Manager to own the strategy and execution required to scale Germany into a major revenue pillar for the business.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role. You’ll combine local market insight, growth marketing expertise, and commercial ownership to build Moovv into a leading D2C brand in Germany.

You’ll work closely with our central growth, creative, and product teams but ultimately, you own the German market end-to-end.

 

🔍 What You’ll Own

Market Growth Strategy

• Define and execute the Germany growth strategy
• Identify the highest-impact channels, campaigns, and partnerships
• Position Moovv effectively for the German consumer

Localization & Customer Experience

• Localise the Shopify webshop experience to maximise conversion
• Ensure messaging, content, and tone resonate with the local market
• Continuously optimise the customer journey and funnel performance

Performance Marketing

• Scale channels including Meta, Google, and marketplaces
• Partner with the central team on campaigns and creative
• Optimise key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate

Commercial Ownership

• Own the German market P&L and performance targets
• Drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Monitor competitors, trends, and new growth opportunities

Partnerships & Network

• Identify and manage local freelancers, agencies, and partners
• Build relationships within the German marketing and creator ecosystem

Performance Tracking

• Track and report on core KPIs (traffic, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Use data to continuously improve acquisition and performance

 

🧠 What You Bring

• Experience as a senior growth marketer or expansion lead scaling D2C e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of German consumer behaviour and market dynamics
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimisation
• Experience owning revenue targets, CAC, and market-level performance
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Well-connected within the German marketing, agency, or creator ecosystem
