We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world customer problems.

This is not a “backlog manager” role. You’ll own discovery, define what we build (and why), and work closely with engineering, design, and operations to bring connected products to life and continuously improve them once they’re in the market.

 

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead product discovery talk to customers, identify real problems, and define meaningful outcomes
• Own the product roadmap, making clear, well-reasoned prioritisation decisions
• Write clear, actionable PRDs for both hardware and app features
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver products end-to-end
• Collaborate with external partners (design agencies, app developers, manufacturers)
• Run sustaining programs driving improvements in cost, quality, reliability, and compliance
• Define and track product metrics to inform decisions and measure success

 

🧠 What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of product management (or similar) experience
• Experience shipping at least one hardware or connected device
• Strong understanding of electronics or IoT products and their lifecycle
• Experience working with external partners (design houses, app teams, contract manufacturers)
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
