Bei MOIA entwickeln wir sichere, autonome und nachhaltige Mobilitätslösungen – zugeschnitten auf die Bedürfnisse von Städten und ihren Menschen. Als Teil unseres Marketing-Teams unterstützt du unsere Social-Media-Aktivitäten, entwickelst Storylines, interagierst mit Communities und zeigst, wie autonome Mobilität das urbane Leben von morgen prägt. Gleichzeitig erhältst du die Chance, von erfahrenen Kolleg*innen zu lernen und Einblicke in weitere Marketingprojekte zu gewinnen. 

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Social Media Managers bei der Planung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten auf unseren Kanälen (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) 
• Entwicklung von Storylines – auch für komplexe Themen wie autonomes Fahren – und deren Anpassung an verschiedene Zielgruppen 
• Community Management: Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten 
• Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen gemeinsam mit dem Marketing-Team 
• Aufbereitung von Social-Media-Performance-Daten sowie Kundenfeedback 
• Recherche aktueller Trends und Einbringen eigener Ideen 
• Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Marketingprojekte über Social Media hinaus 

Dein Profil

• Eingeschrieben in ein Vollzeit-Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer deutschen Hochschule (Schwerpunkt Social Media, Marketing oder Kommunikation von Vorteil) 
• Interesse an der Entwicklung von aufmerksamkeitsstarkem Content – auch zu komplexen oder technischen Themen 
• Begeisterung für Mobilität und die Zukunft des urbanen Verkehrs 
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (vorzugsweise Muttersprache) sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse – Arbeitssprache ist Englisch, im Alltag nutzen wir aber auch viel Deutsch 
• Leidenschaft für Social Media und ein gutes Verständnis für Instagram, TikTok und YouTube 
• Kreativität, Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative 
• Teamfähigkeit 

Nice to have:  

• Verfügbarkeit für mindestens ein Jahr, um Projekte langfristig zu begleiten 
• Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing oder Social Media (z. B. durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit) 
• Grundkenntnisse in Bild- und Videobearbeitung
