Creative Performance Lead, Merge Mansion

We are looking for a talented Creative Performance Lead to drive Merge Mansion's growth through the strategic, data-driven delivery of high-performing creatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a unique opportunity to do outstanding marketing with a talented team to achieve our ambition of becoming a famous entertainment brand with lifelong fans across the globe. You'll be joining our creative team and closely aligning with our Central Animation team, marketing colleagues, and other key teams on all things Merge Mansion.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering business growth through new, high-performing creatives and optimizing the existing creative mix 
  • Taking ownership of our performance-driven creative strategy and the evolution of the supporting creative pillars
  • Ensuring our creative workflow and creative best practices to yield best results
  • Building an actionable and prioritized creative roadmap for the year ahead and ensuring execution
  • Ensuring creative opportunity and connection to the product
  • Heading the briefing process and evolving our script writing
  • Identifying new opportunities and gaps in the market
  • Leading the overall creative operation and team
  • Maximizing the opportunity with the internal animation team
  • Closely aligning with the Performance Marketing team, and supporting the Product Marketing team’s needs for the marketing funnel
  • Actively sharing learnings and implementing them to foster continuous improvement and creativity

Requirements

  • Strong business-driven leader with the skills to inspire, guide, and support a creative team
  • Extensive experience in creative performance leadership
  • Excellent grasp of the data-driven approach
  • Deep understanding of mobile game marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative strategy and prioritization
  • Hands-on approach to project management with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
