We’re looking for a Senior CRM Sports Coordinator to join our iGaming team. This role is focused on Sportsbook CRM, with a strong emphasis on player engagement, campaign execution, and promotional planning for sports and esports audiences. Experience within the iGaming industry is essential.

Location: On-site, Lisbon

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns for Sportsbook and esports audiences across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App channels.
  • Own the CRM calendar around major sporting events and esports tournaments, ensuring timely and relevant player communications.
  • Develop personalized player journeys, segmented campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and sportsbook activity.
  • Collaborate closely with Trading, Product, VIP, Content, Design, and Analytics teams to launch high-impact campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize CRM strategy based on data and player behavior.
  • Coordinate promotional mechanics, bonuses, odds boosts, free bets, and event-driven activations.
  • Ensure all CRM communications comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
  • Stay up to date with sports and esports calendars, industry trends, and competitor activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 4 years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry as a CRM Coordinator, including hands-on experience with esports products or esports-focused CRM campaigns (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Sportsbook CRM, player segmentation, retention strategies, and promotional mechanics.
  • Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels.
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience interpreting CRM performance metrics and customer behavior.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
