Head of Sport CRM

We are looking for a Head of Sports CRM to lead the global CRM strategy for our Sportsbook vertical across multiple international markets. This role focuses on driving retention, engagement, reactivation, and long-term player value through data-driven lifecycle management and sportsbook-focused CRM campaigns.
You will own the Sports CRM direction globally, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with Product, BI, VIP, Trading, and Marketing teams to create engaging customer journeys for sportsbook players.

Location: Valencia, on-site

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global Sports CRM strategy across multiple markets
  • Own the full sportsbook player lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
  • Build CRM campaigns around major sports events, tournaments, and betting behavior
  • Develop segmentation strategies based on player value, betting activity, and engagement patterns
  • Create personalized communication strategies across Email, SMS, Push, In-App, and onsite channels
  • Analyze CRM performance using KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, retention, conversion, turnover, and churn
  • Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns, bonuses, and player journeys
  • Develop sportsbook promotional mechanics, including free bets, odds boosts, missions, streaks, and leaderboards
  • Collaborate with Product and Trading teams on sportsbook offers and engagement strategies
  • Ensure CRM activity aligns with local regulations and responsible gaming requirements
  • Lead and mentor a global CRM team
  • Monitor competitor activity, CRM trends, and sportsbook engagement mechanics

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of CRM experience within iGaming, including strong Sportsbook CRM exposure
  • 3+ years of on a leadership role in iGaming CRM
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook player behavior and betting mechanics
  • Experience working across multiple GEOs and markets
  • Deep understanding of CRM KPIs, segmentation, and retention strategies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and CRM teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with real-time CRM triggers and automation
  • Experience with gamification and loyalty systems
  • Background in both Casino and Sports products
  • Experience in regulated markets
