CRM Manager: Promotions & Gamification
Relocation to Spain | Full-time 
About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Manager (Promotions & Gamification) to join the team at Medier and help execute high-impact promotional campaigns.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns and gamified experiences that drive player retention and activity.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a strategic CRM role while working on complex, large-scale campaigns.
What You’ll Do

• Execute CRM campaigns for seasonal promotions and events
• Support integration of gamification features into player journeys
• Coordinate with Product, Design, and other teams to launch campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all CRM activities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in CRM within iGaming or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of promotional campaigns and player engagement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
