PR Marketing Manager (relocation to Portugal)

We are looking for a PR Marketing Manager to own and drive the public relations strategy for a fast-growing casino game provider and aggregator operating across regulated markets worldwide. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a communications professional who knows the iGaming B2B landscape from the inside.
Location: Lisbon, on-site
What You’ll Do:
- Own relationships with tier-one iGaming and gaming trade press, including outlets such as iGB, Casino Beats, SBC News, EGR, and Yogonet
- Develop and execute a proactive media outreach calendar: new game launches, partnership announcements, market entries, and executive commentary
- Write, edit, and place press releases, bylines, and feature pitches that land coverage, not inbox clutter
- Track, report, and continuously improve share of voice across key publications and verticals
- Managing reputational marketing: awards for brands, for personal brands (key awards shortlisting and winning), and identifying and managing award submissions
- Identify speaking slots and sponsorship-linked PR opportunities
- Build and protect the company’s reputation as a credible, compliant, and innovative force in the B2B gaming supply chain
- Develop executive visibility programs: positioning founders, C-suite, and product leads, licensing strategy, aggregation infrastructure, and responsible gambling
- Serve as the PR voice across major industry events: ICE, SBC Summit, G2E, iGB L!VE, and coordinating press activity, executive interviews, and on-site brand presence
- Creation and management of creative products pr/marketing campaigns
- Work closely with business development and commercial teams to amplify partnership announcements and operator integrations in ways that resonate with a B2B audience
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of PR experience, with a significant portion spent in iGaming, gaming tech, or directly with a casino games aggregator/supplier
- Demonstrated relationships with iGaming trade media, stakeholders, and a track record of placed coverage
- Strong understanding of the casino game supply chain: providers, aggregators, operators, platform licensing, and the commercial dynamics between them
- Confident across all pr formats (press releases, executive quotes, briefing documents, award entries)
- Huge experience with the coordination of copywriters
- Experience managing PR around regulated markets and an understanding of how compliance context shapes messaging
- Comfortable working across time zones and event cycles in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment
