About the Role

This role will suit someone looking for a position of real operational ownership. You will be part of a team supporting a large and complex production infrastructure - monitoring systems, triaging incidents, coordinating resolutions with engineering teams, and owning the change management process end to end. The role requires clear, confident communication across all levels of the business, from junior operators to senior stakeholders, and a genuine appetite for building automations that reduce manual effort over time.

To support our global operations, this role follows a rotating shift model. You'll work eight-hour shifts (plus a one-hour lunch break) across one of four start times - 08:30am, 10:00am, 3:00pm, or 6:00 pm EET - providing coverage across multiple time zones.

Technology and Business Skills

Essential:

  • Communication skills are critical; stakeholders range from senior business managers to junior developers and operators, including during high-pressure incidents
  • An eye for detail and a dedication to the responsibilities of the role
  • 3+ years of previous Operations Support experience in a production environment
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL processes: Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
  • Strong working knowledge of the Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Incidents, Changes, and Requests)
  • Day-to-day proficiency with Slack as an operational tool
  • Knowledge of Git and Python
  • Willingness to learn and master new skills and technologies

Advantageous:

  • Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), or PowerShell/Python-based operational automation.

Benefits

  • Modern office located in the OfficeX campus with easy access to transport and amenities
  • Hybrid working model
  • Competitive compensation package
  • 25 days holiday allowance
  • Premium Health insurance
  • Employee Assistance program
  • Referral Bonus
  • Additional days off for long service and volunteering
  • Multisport card
