As our Strategy Research Specialist, you'll bring thoughtful curiosity and sharp analytical skills to help Lottoland grow through user insight, market intelligence and competitive research. What you will do:

Design and lead meaningful, multi-method research:

• User Insight – Shape studies using surveys, interviews, diaries and concept tests to uncover what truly matters to our customers.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence – Analyze market size, pricing, promotional trends and more using tools like Five Forces and jobs-to-be-done.
• Opportunity Framing – Build bold, evidence-led points of view that guide strategic direction.
• Voice of the Customer & NPS – Curate dashboards, highlight key signals, and team up with our AI experts to refine analytics.
• Storytelling & Influence – Turn data into clear, compelling stories - using visual maps, one-pagers, and insight tools to drive strategic conversations.

Decision-Making & Autonomy:

• You’ll have the freedom to choose the most effective research methods and lead analysis with full accountability.
• Your insights will help drive critical decisions—from green-lighting projects to making strategic pivots.

Customer Focus:

Who you are:

• You bring confidence in using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with a talent for connecting insights across disciplines.
• You're familiar with strategic tools like Porter’s Five Forces and the Ansoff Matrix, and you’re comfortable applying them to market and competitive analysis.
• You enjoy telling stories through data - using platforms like Figma, Miro or PowerPoint - to make insights clear and actionable.
• You know how to create space for collaboration, guiding conversations and building bridges across teams and perspectives.
• You have strong statistical literacy and feel at ease using analytical tools such as SPSS.
