What you will do:

• Manage incoming vendor invoices - both paper and digital - with care and efficiency.
• Enter invoice data accurately into our Oracle Fusion AP system.
• Use smart scanning tools (OCR) to ensure precision and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, helping us stay audit-ready.
• Support the team in preparing payments for approved invoices.
• Set up bank payments with confidence using our secure portal.
• Respond to inquiries about invoice or payment status - you’ll be a trusted point of contact.
• Help maintain our records with neatness and diligence.
• Assist during month-end activities and work closely with other departments.

Who you are:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable is a plus, but we’re just as open to those with the right mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in starting a career in finance.
• You’re comfortable using digital systems and tools — experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle Fusion Cloud) is a bonus, but not essential.
• You take pride in getting the details right and enjoy bringing structure and accuracy to your work.
• You’re well-organised and good at managing your time, even when things get busy.
• You’re confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools as needed.
• You enjoy being part of a supportive team and work well in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: You’ve used online banking portals before and are comfortable helping to set up payments.
