At Lottoland, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service across our support channels. This role is vital in enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand perception while also supporting compliance, technical support, and identifying service improvements.
What you will do:
- Respond to customer queries via Live Chat, Email, and Phone across multiple brands and markets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care while ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate customer queries thoroughly to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and support tools to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
- Proactively identify and report customer feedback to support product and process enhancements.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant services where appropriate, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, always seeking resolution.
- Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Log, categorize, and document contacts accurately to help monitor trends and service quality.
