  • Process alerts in a timely and effective manner (triggered for sport players);
  • Segment users according to procedures;

  • Process internal and external team requests;

  • Respond to requests from other departments in a special communication channel;

  • Analyse made decisions in the past and fix mistakes;

  • Report anomalies timely (in terms of players, games, bonus companies) or problems to a manager;

  • Find new methods for detecting fraud users;

  • Cover Low and Medium user risk cases.

We need your professional experience:
  • Risk management experience in the fintech niche is an advantage;

  • Ability to work shifts (including evening and night);

  • Excellent numerical and Excel skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
