  • Work with customer requests via chats and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses;

  • Assist customers with issues they face, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions;

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and thoroughly research each case to deliver the best possible outcome;

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and internal teams to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience;

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We need your professional experience:
  • Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or a similar role;

  • Experience working with chat-based support systems and ticketing tools;

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken);

  • Experience handling customer requests via calls will be a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and politely;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
