As a Business Development Manager for Indonesia, you will be responsible for our international expansion by identifying and closing new business within the Indonesian market. Based in Bali and reporting to our Regional Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiations. This role is for a proactive individual who enjoys building a territory and providing a feedback loop between the market and our Product Development team.

Where you will have impact

  • Identify and secure new client opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within professional industry groups across Indonesia.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing tailor-made proposals.
  • Create and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and improve local processes.
  • Find and close opportunities to upsell within our existing client base to ensure they are getting full value from our tools.
  • Act as a link between the Indonesian market and our internal Product teams by sharing client feedback to help guide product updates.
  • Attend industry conferences and organize regional roadshows to build our presence in the APAC region.
  • Help define the 'Lighthouse way' by using AI insights and automation within our CRM to improve forecast accuracy and daily efficiency.

About our team

You’ll be joining our Sales team within the wider Revenue department. We are a global team of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. You will be part of our APAC hiring department—a team of 36 people focused on growing our market share in both mature and emerging territories. We work closely with hotels and short-term rental providers to help them improve their revenue through our technology.
