Background:
To support and grow all of these businesses we currently operate 2 existing Salesforce orgs; one using Financial Services Cloud Ultimate Edition with Sales Engagement and Service Cloud Voice via Amazon Connect, and another org with nCino for Lending.
LHV is looking to further integrate and optimise its Salesforce usage to improve and scale its CRM processes, with an especially key focus on the risk and compliance aspects which are critical in the heavily regulated financial services industry. Ways to do this will include building further integrations with our in-house built cloud services and AI-frameworks, leveraging newly available salesforce products such as Data Cloud and Agentforce, and by investing further in DevOps to make testing and deployments easier, faster and safer.

- Implement and maintain APEX code, Lightning components, and complex validation/workflow rules as needed.
- Drive best practices in development, documentation, and change management.
- Stay current on platform updates and assess relevance for our roadmap.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning).
- Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce professionals, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II); Admin certification also desirable.
- Strong grasp of integration strategies and experience with APIs.
- Passion for automation and improving operational efficiency through smart tooling.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
