We’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join our team and help drive this next chapter of growth. 

The role: 

The Digital Marketing Director will lead Leapwork’s digital growth and demand generation strategy, overseeing paid media, SEO, and performance marketing to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue impact.

This role will set the vision and execution plan for integrated digital campaigns across inbound and outbound channels while managing budgets, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.

The Digital Marketing Director will work closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Field and Partner Marketing to align digital programs with business priorities and ensure high-quality lead flow across the funnel.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, bringing deep knowledge of digital demand generation in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Own Leapwork’s digital growth and demand generation strategy, aligning campaigns to pipeline and revenue goals. 
  • Oversee execution across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and SEO, ensuring consistent optimization and measurable impact. 
  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword planning, content alignment, and technical optimization to improve organic visibility and performance. 
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocating spend effectively across channels to maximize ROI. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging and creative are tailored for digital channels and target audiences. 
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to drive lead quality, improve follow-up and strengthen conversion from campaigns to pipeline. 
  • Work with partner marketing to design and execute joint digital programs, including campaigns and co-marketing initiatives. 
  • Maintain reporting, dashboards, and attribution models to measure digital performance and inform business decisions. 
  • Stay ahead of digital trends by testing and adopting new channels, platforms and tools to drive growth. 
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure campaigns are seamlessly integrated into HubSpot, Salesforce and the broader Martech stack. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to digital marketing staff, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement. 

Required Skills / Experience: 

  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation, performance marketing and SEO. 
  • Proven success leading multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. 
  • Strong expertise in SEO, analytics, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). 
  • Experience managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets. 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce and other Martech and analytics tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. 
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing required. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills with proven experience working across Sales, BDR and Partner teams. 
  • Strategic thinker who can balance vision with execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
