We’re now seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive this next chapter of growth. 

The role: 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of product and solution marketing initiatives at Leapwork.

This role will be responsible for building the messaging framework, driving sales and partner enablement and ensuring our products are effectively positioned and differentiated in the market.

The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across sales, product, marketing and partner teams to deliver impactful launches, content and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales and partner enablement by developing compelling product and solution content, playbooks and tools that support pipeline growth and deal acceleration
  • Own the product and solution messaging framework, ensuring consistent positioning and value articulation across all go-to-market motions
  • Build and execute launch plans for new products, features and solutions, aligning internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing content, including solution briefs, presentations, web copy and case studies
  • Partner with demand generation to create assets and campaigns that highlight product positioning, differentiation and customer value
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop battle-cards to equip sales and partners with clear guidance on how to position Leapwork against alternatives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams on segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies that maximize market impact
  • Gather and synthesize market intelligence to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Establish integrated feedback loops across sales, marketing, product and partners to refine messaging, improve enablement, and capture customer insights

Required Skills / Experience: 

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing or a related role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to develop product messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong track record of building and executing product and solution launches
  • Experience creating high-impact sales and partner enablement materials, including playbooks, battle-cards and training programs
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and how to design marketing assets that support pipeline growth and revenue acceleration
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting competitive analysis and market research
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working across product, sales and marketing organizations
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to balance strategy and execution
