We are independent, international game development studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be part of the HR team, responsible for attracting top talent for both Keen Software House (Space Engineers 2) and GoodAI.
You will collaborate closely with our Tech, Art, and QA teams to identify and bring in exceptional new colleagues who will help us to shape our projects.
While this position is based at our headquarters in Prague, we offer the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.

Requirements:
- An experienced full-stack recruiter with at least five years of experience in the video game industry, specializing in hiring for technical roles.
- Proven experience with headhunting and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong consultative abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates at all levels and able to build instant rapport.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong networking skills and a creative approach to talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in remote recruitment, including familiarity with remote hiring practices and global talent pools.
- Experienced with ATS solutions, such as Greenhouse or similar, with a strong understanding of recruitment workflows.
- Tech-savvy and curious, always exploring new tools and modern technologies to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry or trends
- Experience recruiting within IT sector
- Don´t be a C-player
Considered a plus:
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Experience with AI technologies in recruitment, such as AI-powered sourcing tools or automated candidate engagement platforms.
- Experience recruiting for tech or AI-driven roles.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g. Czech, or other languages).
- Avid gamer
Responsibilities:
- Seek out top-notch candidates with experience in the game industry and the field of artificial intelligence in the Czech Republic and abroad.
- Source potential candidates through social media, face-to-face meetings, and other creative channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and help define the requirements for vacant positions.
- Managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers.
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing feedback and updates to candidates throughout the process.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Enhancing employer branding through job postings, social media, and career events.
- Representing the company at job fairs and industry events.
