About Abios:

Abios is a Stockholm-based esports data provider, founded in 2013. We distribute industry-leading esports data and technology across the globe. Our customers include world-famous esports teams, search engines, and sportsbooks. We provide our customers with data APIs, data visualisation iframes and odds on top of which they can build the next generation of esports products.

Role description

As an Esports Editor, you’ll be at the heart of the esports action, ensuring accurate and timely updates of real-time data during live matches. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, contribute to the esports community, and work with cutting-edge tools to enhance the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and edit live esports data streams for accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with other editors to ensure the integrity of real-time match information.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to improve workflows and data delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest esports tournaments, trends, and formats.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of esports, including titles like Dota 2, CS2, League of Legends, and others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data handling, editing tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Flexibility to work during esports events, including evenings and weekends.
