Partner Support Manager

Build strong partner relationships and become a key part of how Kambi delivers excellent service to its sportsbook partners.
As a Partner Support Manager, you’ll sit at the center of the relationship between our partners and teams across Kambi. You’ll help partners get the support they need, coordinate responses when issues arise, and use data and commercial understanding to help keep relationships running smoothly and allow the partners to get the most out of the Kambi product.
Based in our Philadelphia office, you’ll work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office. Philadelphia is home to several Kambi functions, including Partner Success, giving you the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with a broad range of sports betting expertise.

About the Partner Success team

Partner Success is focused on making sure Kambi’s partners receive excellent service while supporting their growth in a consultative way. It’s a highly collaborative environment where you’ll work with partners as well as colleagues across product, commercial and other areas of the business.
You’ll gain exposure to a global business and see first-hand how different teams come together to support Kambi’s partners. Kambi's culture is open and honest, with teams backing each other while continually looking for ways to improve.

What you’ll do

As a Partner Support Manager, you’ll:
  • Coordinate partner requests through Kambi’s Service Desk, helping ensure queries reach the right teams and receive an effective response.
  • Support financial reporting by working with internal data tracking and helping provide partners with accurate information allowing them to get the most from the Kambi product.
  • Build effective communication between Kambi and our partners, engaging with stakeholders at different levels of their organizations.
  • Manage the incident support process across the Kambi network, helping coordinate communication and responses when issues arise.
  • Represent Partner Success in regular sessions with internal stakeholders, keeping partner priorities and requirements visible.
  • Collaborate across Kambi, building relationships with colleagues from different functions to help deliver a joined-up partner experience.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership and can navigate a fast-moving, partner-facing environment.
You’ll bring:
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand partner needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to your work.
  • The confidence to collaborate across teams and build productive stakeholder relationships.
  • An interest in sports and sports betting.

Nice to have

  • Additional language skills.
You don’t need to match every aspect of the role perfectly. If you bring relevant transferable experience and are excited about supporting partners in an international sports betting business, we’d be interested in hearing from you.

What you can expect

  • A supportive and collaborative team.
  • Learning and development opportunities.
  • Excellent benefits including great annual leave, bonus and healthcare.
  • Exposure to colleagues and stakeholders across Kambi’s global business.
  • Permanent employment based in Philadelphia, USA.
  • Hybrid working with three days per week in the office.
Kambi operates globally across offices including Philadelphia, London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Bucharest, Manila, Sydney, Uppsala and Malta.
