Your mission
You’ll be the architect behind our HubSpot setup and workflows, ensuring the commercial team operates with efficiency, visibility, and data integrity. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What you'll do
- Build & Maintain HubSpot CRM: From scratch to scale, you’ll own the full configuration, including object relationships, custom fields, and integrations.
- Design Cross-Functional Workflows: Create streamlined processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment and automation.
- Operationalize the Funnel: Implement lead scoring, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and automation rules that reflect our customer journey.
- Dashboard & Reporting Excellence: Deliver actionable dashboards for pipeline management, campaign performance, CS health, and ROI analysis.
- Funnel Analytics & Insight: Translate conversion data and attribution metrics into improvement levers for the commercial team.
- Enable Data-Driven Teams: Ensure team needs are translated into scalable systems and processes and that data is always accurate, clean, and ready to act on.
Your profile:
- Proven experience building and maintaining Hubspot CRM
- Strong track record designing commercial workflows and sales ops infrastructure
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting funnel metrics and campaign performance
- Excellent system thinking: you simplify complexity and design for scale
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially around data hygiene
- High ownership and self-starter attitude; you thrive in ambiguity and build from 0 to 1
- Startup experience is a strong plus
