
Customer Support Manager - SaaS & Maritime (f/m/d)

Your mission
- Analyse vessel drawings (GA & Safety plans) or blueprint and generates .excel import files
- Set up and update customer database system of vessels based on General Arrangement & Safety plans as well as customer feedback
- Apply standard inspection templates to specific cargo vessels
- Drive the issuance of daily and monthly fleet Status reports
- Assist new customers during the fleet rollouts
Your profile
- Must have Vessel experience
- Preferably an ex-Seafarer (Captain or Officer) on cargo vessel
- Preferably with experience with Cargo Ship general arrangement & safety plans or drawings
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Details and Good organization skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel (no Formulas required)
